Return & Refund Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need proof of purchase.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Returns sent without contacting us first will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
• Personalized or custom-made products
• Perishable goods
• Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
For COD orders, refunds will be issued through bank transfer or another agreed method after the returned item has been received and approved.
